Stadium150 (formerly known as Stadium Terrace) is ideally located
just across the street from LaVell Edwards Stadium. This makes us
one of the closest BYU-Contracted apartment complexes to Brigham
Young University. We pride ourselves in providing the best value in
housing as possible for our residents attending both BYU and
UVU.
We are excited to announce that Stadium150 is under new ownership and new management, with amazing upgrades coming to the property Summer of 2018. Residents love our amenities which include, on-site laundry; a spacious clubhouse with a large flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, a piano, and a ping-pong table; an office onsite; and an outdoor pool.
